Two Week Challenge: Day 11
Oh man! I was hungry on this day and nearly died when I got home. I needed food in my mouth. Thank goodness I had fabulous salsa chicken in the crock pot and I chowed down on a few bowls of that. Yum.
Breakfast:
1/2 cup oats with almond milk, 1/4 cup pumpkin pureé, pumpkin pie spice, and stevia
Lunch:
Leftover Garlic Honey Lemon marinated Chicken and Caramelized Brussel Sprouts and a baked sweet potato
Snack:
Apples with Justin's Maple Almond Butter - that stuff is like crack, it is soooo good!
Dinner:
Salsa Chicken in the Slow Cooker

Vegetables: close to 3 servings
Fruits: 2 (pumpkin is a fruit!)
